I enjoy chair workouts.
This was surprisingly a great start of the day workout from my desk. I only did the lower half of the body because we only have half cubicles and i don't want to disturb my neighbors, but i felt the burn in my calves and my thighs and my heart rate and breathing was elevated. I'm going to try to do this again after lunch. Report
