Great workout, only wish it was a little longer.
I really like this cardio workout. Pumping heart and broke a sweat. Finished +3 times. Will save this one and add to regular routine.
This was a great beginner video not much, just enough to get your heart pumping.
Great "no excuses" workout and good warmup for when I get my exercise habit back. Super easy to follow and coach Nicole gives you modifications right when you need them. Can easily find 8 minutes to do this for a warm-up or just making sure you do _something_ to get moving today!
Had to do lots of mods for my level, but still worked up a good sweat. Will definitely be using this again. Even outside of the January challenge.
Joined the Jan. Jumpstart for 2016! I have a broken toe - so I have to modify everything, but I have to say even with the modifications I feel awesome!
