I liked this one so much! (I also figured out I had to clean my bedroom floor! Every time I had to swing my leg, I was wacking something!)
My first time loved it ..10 minutes is just the right amount of time ..
My abs were screaming!!!
For an older person with hip, joint, and balance issues, I found this difficult but fun and doable (for the most part!)
This is a very difficult workout for the older woman as I really feel it in my hip sockets. Take the moves nice and slowly and go for the lower impact version which will still yield great value.
I hear you on the connection issues. It is a great routine, but momentum can't help but lag when the video is continuously buffering, buffering, buffering...
Some fo these videos have a printable sheet giving a list of the exercises and how many. I wish they all did for those of us who have the worst wifi/4-g/no-net on the planet. Seriously this is the most painful thing to watch and I tried allowing it to load for 45 minutes and it still just sat there and fragged. Screw it I am gonna go ride my bike.

I'm really confused. The title says "No crunch workout" but the very first thing she does is a form of a crunch! ???? It doesn't go all the way to the floor, but it is still a crunch. Think it needs a new title.
I'm older, out of shape, obese etc. I found this work out to be just right for me. Challenging enough that it was hard, but doable. I like Coach Nicole's style. Thanks.
Wow! For us older ladies, that is quite challenging. I modified as much as I could (chair, bed, pillows under my knees). My goal will be just to get through all the 10 minutes and do as many reps as Coach Nicole does....again, WOW! :)
Did most of this... cannot do the hip flexors (or whatever it is called when you bring your leg out to the side while in a hand/knee position...)
