Loved this one. No impact so it is something I can do.
This is my first day with the "bootcamp", so I missed the others. But this was on the front page, so why not! I found this a good morning "get your tush moving" workout. I did find the first one particularly difficult to stay balanced with. I just got an exercise ball the other day, so I'm still getting used to it.
Cheryl, I save the videos to my pintrest page. I just have to pull up my exercise page on Pinterest and there are all my videos.
I wish there was a way to save the videos so I could pull them up each day and use them. I am new here so if there is a way, please let me know. Thanks! :D
