Today is Friday, December 11th, 2020.
This morning I weighed in at 305 lbs.

The older I get, the heavier (and more depressed) I get.
My MANY attempts at trying to lose weight over the years, and KEEP IT OFF, have all failed.

Part of me wants to wait (aka procrastinate) until January 1st, 2021, to try again, but if I'm being honest with myself, waiting a few more weeks would just be another one of my MANY excuses and I would end up NEVER starting.

Today is the day I start heading to 💚1derland99💚

My overall goal is to stand on my bathroom scales and see 199 lbs (or less) flashing at my feet. Hopefully by the end of 2021, I will be close to accomplishing this goal.

    Just stopped by to see if you had a new blog. I think I'm on day 80 this trip with SP. I have lost 19 lbs and feel great for a 75 year "young" woman. By June I will reach my goal but I'm sure I will change my goal since this IF and Keto are giving me the success that I never had before with the exception of Jenny Craig which was expensive and time consuming. At that time you had to eat 6 times a day..Now I only eat 2 meals most days and 2 days a week I fast so I don't eat at all. My husband is fine with me not cooking on my fast days because he's trying to take off a few lbs. so he eats light on my fast days.

    I need to exercise though. I just hate it. I just ordered some videos for Stronger Seniors that are all chair exercises. I have trouble with floor exercises and lunges because of my hip and knee replacements. If I get down on the floor I need a craine to get up LOL.
