    Don't give up! I know what you mean about feeling discouraged! This week I smoked for 2 days after not smoking for 6 months, ate at BK the same 2 days (after no fast food in 2 years!) and didn't go to the gym (first time in 2 months). It's been a rough week for me too.

    But today I woke up and kicked myself once then pressed on! A momentary lapse (or in my case, a 2 day lapse!) doesn't mean you've lost the war. It just means you need to regroup and press on!

    We can do it! I threw away the rest of my ciggarettes, ate salad for lunch, and gardened today for about 2 hours. In the past I would have gone on a month long binge over it. THAT's progress! THAT'S Spark, making a difference in my life! Hang in there, I'm in your corner!
