Update 2009/11/23
Well I am still committed to improving my lifestyle, lose some weight and become more fit! Yea SP! I have learned so much from this website and have incorporated aspects into my life. I think one of the main benefits I have gained is the motivation to keep going. Seeing the successes of others is encouraging for me and makes me want to achieve my own goals now... more than ever! I was just thinking today when preparing my lunch... this is NOT a diet... this is a way of LIFE! My concept in the past was that diets mean deprivation and waiting to reach a certain weight so that I could go onwards, eating without deprivation. I think I've woken up from that dream and feel that my journey with SP is a very achievable reality!

My Goals:
Long range goal: achieve and maintain at 155 lbs.; exercise minimum 3 times a week.

Short term Jan 2011

**begin Wii EA Sports active 6 week challenge
**walk at lunch 2 times a week for 20 minutes

My Program:
I'm happy to see the nutrition tracker on here. I think that will be key for my success. Writing everything down can be a real eye opener! I purchased the EA sports active for the Wii. I'm happily completing my 2nd 30 day challenge - this time on hard intensity. I'm also doing the 100 pushups challenge and can't believe my own progress so far!
The Flat Belly diet intrigues me and I'm embarking on that right now.

Personal Information:
I live in Ottawa, Ontario with my husband and 2 girls (3 1/2 and 22 months). I'm loving getting the whole family interested in becoming more active outside!
