    Well I'm not sure about grains (unless you think your allergic to them) I have heard good and bad things about grains.

    But eating whole grain is know like brown or any other rice or quinoa (well it a seed but they still put in the grain group). oats, ect

    What I have read is that the company has tampered with wheat sooo much, that is why people have trouble eating it.

    I know Fuhrman put grains and starchy veggies in the same group and he says if your having trouble losing weight to eat the starchy veggies and not the grains for a while.

    All I know is that I like sweet potatoes more than grains...I just made some rice but what do I eat instead, the sweet potato,,,lol

    Flax, Chia and Hemp seeds are good (I think they are better than fish, its what I have read)

    Sunflower and pumpkin seed are good too.

    Also eating lots of greens are good, believe it or not they have fat in them (I can't remember where i read that)

    Oh hey drinking water, exercising and sleeping can also affect the way you feel too.

    Cause there are times when I'm not feeling well with a bad headache and I drink water and I suddenly feel better.

    And oh boy if I don't sleep well, everybody look

    well just some ideas to help you out.

    I just got one yesterday and made the easiest smoothie ever and it wasn't chunky and no big huge mess.

    Well that make since that if you don't have enough fatty acids of fat that something is bound to happened. So what are you going to add ...nuts and seeds?
