Hi.. I have gained some 50 pounds over the last 15 years and want to lose it! I would like to be fit and and go back to a healthy weight again!!

I have been trying since Apr 2009 and had lost 35 of those pounds in the 8 months thereafter. A good amount of it came back again.

Being on SparkPeople has made me love exercise but I struggle with diet control. My experience over the last few years has taught me that eating sensibly and clean is paramount to weight loss.

I now find myself with another 25 pounds to lose. I am changing my eating habits to allow me to maintain any loss I achieve.

My Goals:
88 kg : Blood Test (Done)
85 kg : LHR (Reached)
82 kg: Outfit (Reached)
80 kg : Luxury Spa Day
78 kg : Heels
76 kg : Blood Test
74 kg : UA LHR
72 kg : Luxury Spa Vacation

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Walk 5 kms a day, atleast 4 days a week.
Weight train twice a week.
Eat breakfast @ home on all days of the week.
Eat dinner @ home on all working days.
No cookies / chocolates / soda at home. If I feel the urge, I need to feel it strong enough to go to the store and buy it myself - one packet at a time.
Limit sugar to 3 tsp a day
Avoid buffets - lunch or dinner
Snack on non sweet items - popcorn, peanut butter

April 2009: Started @ 96 kg.
June 2009: Joined Spark @ 90 kg
July 2009 - Moved from Obese to Overweight on the BMI scale (YOOHOO!)
Sep 2009 - Scale stands @ 80 kg.
Jan 2011 - 2 Pregnancy Losses later, Scale @ 85kg
July 2012 - 3 month old, Scale @ 81 kg
Jan 2014 - Scale @ 87kg
