I'm a 34 year old SAHM to two young children. I am a pretty healthy person and exercise regularly. Last year I was part of a 12 person 200 mile, overnight relay team and I loved it! In 2012, I am hoping to run my first half marathon and complete my first sprint triathlon.

My husband and I make efforts to eat clean. I really enjoy eating that way, but have lacked consistency. I really struggle with the idea that I am "dieting", and it naturally makes me want to rebel. My biggest struggle with healthy eating is that for some reason I feel like I can sneak/cheat during the day when I am home with the kids and since other adults don't see me, it doesn't "count". How dumb is that?

Last year I lost 17lbs eating clean and exercising. I went from 178 to 161lbs and I felt great. Then last summer I temporarily moved out of state with my two kids (without my husband) to sell our old home. It was extremely stressful and since I didn't have a full kitchen, we ate convenience foods for the first time in a LONG time. I gained back almost all of the weight in a very short period of time. It has made me angry because I worked so hard and now am almost back at the beginning.

My goals are to have a body I feel proud of, the make clean eating a lifestyle and to be healthy and strong so that I can do the things I love to do!

My Goals:
* Training for my first half marathon in February! First sprint triathlon in June! Second 200 mile overnight relay in July!
* Clean eating as a habit, not a "diet"
* Conquering weight loss obstacles!

My Program:
I love working out, so the hardest part for me is finding the time. Having two young children, one of whom is not in school yet, makes it difficult.
