Today is 1/20/13
I am starting Plexus Slim Pink, I am back to doing the right things
Even if my
Last Log was 391 Days ago. when I was 165lbs now at 1/20/13 I am 203lbs.

I am Recommited my self to doing good in mind, body and spirit.

Lets just stay ... I am back on track.

Now I am recommited and have my prioritys in order.


Iam a mother of two and wife, I work alot so not much time to work out or plan on eating good, I make a commitment from now on
1, I will not treat my self as if I was just another woman, I am a special mother, wife and person.

2, I will not take any thing for granted, I love life, MY LIFE and everything that is in it,

3, I will make my self a heathier me, not just for me but for my family to have me as long as I live.

About me, I am a only child, My mother died in 2006 by a massive heart attack, my step dad died April of 2012.

Me and my husband have been married seince 2003 we have a son and daughter, they are our life, we work to supprot them and give them the things that they will need through life and things that me and my husband never had a chance at ,thats why we try hard for our children be better that us...this is were we change our lifes.....

God will never put on you more than you can handle,
And With God all things are possible.

I am my first day of Plexus slim, I have used spark people before and its a awesome tool to have when tracking food and weight , I did get down very small down to 150 lbs and then started back to my hold habits, Now at 208 Im am done with feeling miserable, I look forward to seeing all you again and watching you get to your goal to.

9/18/11 I am recommited now .. I have lost a total of 65 lbs, I am ready to do some more .....

I have changed my life around about 1 hear ago, I Have lost 41 lbs. in 1 year, I did the P90x for 90 days and stoped.

Sept 1 2010 , I have started P90x again, and I have more motivation the 2nd time tnan I did the first time, I am more determined to get to where I want to be.

    Hun thank you fgor adding a comment on my page.To answer your question My life has been improved by loosing that weight I have done things I never thought possible.I had 2 kids and (one more on the way)can run up the stairs without loosing my breathe.With every pound you loose, every inch that loosens on your clothing it is amazing.10 pounds is incredible,I am so proud of you=) Keep up the good work, you can do it!!!I am out of the weight loss program right now because I am using Sparkpeople to gain healthfully for my 3rd and final pregnancy, but that does not mean I will not check up on you,haha so you dont got it easy =)

    Hi and emoticon to SP! You have a great family, your kids are adorable! Looks like you have gotten off to a good start. Don't worry too much about lulls in the weight loss. It will take awhile for your body to adjust to the new activity and food plan! Hang in there and you WILL see the results you want. All the best to you!
