I've been through this so many times before... up... then down... then up... My goal is to get down and stay down. The only way I've done this before is with consistently good choices...control. Also, keeping accurate measures of what I put IN my body! I have control over what I eat... the choices I make... and the activities I participate in. It's up to me.

My Goals:
Loose 30 pounds
Tone up (again!)
Reduce my blood pressure
Reduce my cholesterol
Feel good about myself (again!)
Fit into my clothes comfortably!!!

My Program:
30-60 minutes of cardio 4-6 days a week at Planet Fitness. I like the elliptical, ARC trainer, and bikes. I'm alternating between upper and lower body strength training and core exercises each day. My step-daughter has been going with me and it's "forcing" me to think outside of the box, back to my days with my favorite trainer ever, to come up with new training activities!

Personal Information:
I recently (this past year) lost 75 lbs using the hcg diet. I recently have become lazy with my food choices and I can tell my clothes are not fitting as well. I became busy at work and slacked on my exercise routine... this is the cycle that ruined it for me so many times before. I will not let this happen!!!

Other Information:
My fiance and I met when we were both healthy and fit... over the last 4 years this has changed drastically. I'm concerned for him as much as myself. We are all working towards improved health. We've recently joined the gym which is just accross the street for a great price... NO EXCUSES! There won't be much of a life to live if we don't do something!!!
