Do you not know that your body is a temple of the holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been purchased at a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body.

I am determined to be as healthy as I can be at this stage of life. I want my clothes to fit better and put this weight behind me.

Fitness Minutes: 51,944

My Goals:
1, To become consistent doing daily stretching & knee exercises as part of my exercise routine.
2. To complete "100 Days of Weight Loss."
3. My ultimate long range goal is to prevent developing type 2 diabetes (Stong family history).

My Program:
1. To record my food intake on a daily basis.
2. Emphasis on LTGL, increased fruits & veggies and 8 cups fluid daily..
3. Elliptical bike 30 minutes daily along with stretching and strength training 3 days/week and walking at least 20
minutes 3 days/week with one day of rest.
4. Journal daily.

Personal Information:
I have struggled with losing weight my whole life. I have always carried 10-30 extra pounds.
I am frustrated I gained back my loss. Need to lose again and keep off.

Other Information:

Ten Reasons to Lose Weight:
1. Prevent Type 2 Diabetes.
2. Control my blood pressure.
3. To take stress off of my knee.
4. To look better in my clothes.
5. For clothes to feel more comfortable.

8. To be a living witness for my faith, filled with God's peace, love and joy.
9. To learn to not use food for comfort.
10.To have more energy to enjoy life.
