The page title says it all!
How many times have we found ourselves "Starting Over", because of "Lifes Circumstances" or because we "Couldn't resist a Food Temptation", or because of "Medical Conditions" or whatever other excuse we would like to lay out there on the table?
Well...As long as we recognize these different challenges that come our way and learn how to deal with them, we can succeed in meeting our goals. Even if we just make little changes, one at a time.
The real question is..."How Bad Do We Want It?"
Do we really want to become healthy or is it just talk? Our actions generally speak louder than our words, and I'm no exception.
So today, I will start over "again"...and work towards that healthier me.
Look out everyone...Here I come!

Fitness Minutes: 3,955

My Goals:
To start living healthy and feeling good about my food choices.
To get cardio exercises in on a regular basis.
To change my bad eating habits.

My Program:
To monitor the amount of calories consumed and make healthy food choices.

To get in at least 10 min of exercise each the minimum.

To start focussing on life goals.

Aim for 2 lbs loss per week.

Personal Information:
I'm 56 and happily married. We have a beautiful daughter
who recently graduated from high school as salutatorian. Whoo Hoo!
Live in the country with 2 dogs..a lot of kitties, some llamas and a horse that is a sweet heart and a half!

Other Information:
Life is too short to worry about the little things....
Enjoy each moment, each day and all those around us that mean so much to us.
That is what life is really about!
