I'm obviously Ariel....I've changed a lot since I was last on here. I got pregnant, stopped working out, stopped eating right, started drinking, and now I'm a single mom to my 2 year old daughter, Ava. I spend a lot of time working, drinking with friends, and taking care of her. It's hard for me to go to the gym because I don't want to wake her up any earlier and she's tired, grumpy, and hungry when I pick her up from it's just easier to go home, drink beer, and try to deal with the terrible twos and attempt to clean my house. I want things to be different. I want to eat right again even though it takes more time, is more expensive, and harder to do...I also want to work out more than once every 1-2 weeks. We'll see how this all goes! I alos gave up alcohol for Lent so I think that's going to help with everything including my productivity.

-----Back Story 2010-------
My heaviest was my sophomore/junior year when I was around 150 at 5'3". I've been a Weight Watchers member since August 14, 2005. I reached my goal of 117 Thanksgiving week and I've been a Lifetime member since January 3, 2006. I have unfortunately yo-yo-ed. I was maintaining my weight, of 117-123 for about 2 years, but in the process became so obsessed that I became bulimic June 2008, my weight dropped down to 110. I was unhealthy and unhappy. After a lot of fighting myself and pain, I finally quit throwing up February 12, 2009. So I'm 5 years purge free! I got a tattoo on my one year anniversarylo9 that says, God is on your side follow him. There are MANY days when I think about going back to it, but I have to keep reminding myself that I CAN'T be where I was before.

I AM thankful for this, but because of an ankle injury lasting for since December of 2008 and because I have yet to completely get my binging under control, I've returned to 150. FORTUNATELY I'm MOSTLY muscle which was NOT the case before. I'm trying to get my weight to a MANAGEABLE 130 and wear jeans again!!!! This is my ULTIMATE goal!

Other than that, I'm a student at Indiana University Southeast. I'm in my fourth year and I'm an elementary education in my 2nd block of 5.

I'm a fitness instructor at the YMCA's of Southern Indiana in New Albany and Jeffersonville. I've been teaching since January of 2008. I teach Turbo Kick, Body Pump, Hip Hop Hustle, Cycling, Circuit, Abs, and Zumba. I work out anywhere from 2-5 hours everyday. I weight train about every other day. That's about all I do.

    Congrats on all you've accomplished!! Very inspiring! My goal is to one day have abs although we'll see how that one goes!
    I wish I had as much time to exercise though! that's where I hit my barrier!
