Hi, I'm Ashley! I'm 27 years young, and I live in the oh so fantabulous (very sarcastic) state of Ohio. I have the greatest daughter. I got married on October 12, 2013, to the most wonderful husband. I work as a night shift RN on a neuroscience unit...strokes and seizures are the specialty and your patience definitely gets tested.

My best friend Tasha (TASHISNOQUITTER) introduced me to this site back in July 2009. I've been off the wagon more than I've been on. Getting my eating under control has been the hardest struggle for me. I want to tone my body and eventually get down to 145 lbs. I need to take this one day at a time. I really just want to love my body and feel good in my own skin. I WILL DO THIS!!!!

    Hi! I just saw your status and thought I would share my "wisdom" Hehe. I would recommend the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD. It's quick (25 minutes) and incorporates strength, cardio and abs. Good luck with your weight loss!
