    Saw your post in 20 Somethings with 100+ pounds to lose and thought I'd say hi! You asked for some tips and here's the only one I've got:

    Weight loss is so hard, but I've found the best way to do it is just to focus on one day at a time. When you're trying to lose large amounts of weight (like I am), it's so easy to get overwhelmed and just say forget it. By focusing just on getting to the end of the day, it kinda takes the pressure off.
