Goals are dreams with a timeline... resetting goals at monthly increments Beginning again April 30 . Recentering life in faith, family and home. My goal at the moment is to keep total daily steps above 9 thousand walk 30 minutes after breakfast and walk 10 minutes after other meals . Planning low carb moderate protein high healthy fat.

My Goals:
weight reach 193 that is 6 lb loss in 6 weeks by September 4 2015 or sooner if my body agrees.
Blood sugars at normal range .
increase flexibility


My Program:
Isometric s before meal ,walk for 15 minutes within 30 minutes after meals to minimize blood sugar spikes . always have a plan b. track food stay in goal of elimination sugar, minimize grains. Keep carbs below 45 per meal drink 8 glasses of water per day. drink ginger and include turmeric in daily foods go for 10K steps per day each week. 30 minutes at gym 3 days per week . classical stretch 3 days a week.work toward include 3 day strength training

We live in Maine and love to spend time with our 4 grand daughters, and in our vegetable garden and each other.
