    You are definately a winner! You weightloss so far is tremendous! Add a before and after picture to your photo gallery so you can see the difference and your success. If you continue to work at it I know you will succeed even more than you already have!
    What has helped me along the way is every month I do four things:
    1) I take a photo of myself and record my measurements on a spreadsheet. This helps me to see my progress when the scale shows the same number for weeks. Many times that is when I am loosing inches!
    2) I exercise 1 hour a day at least 5 days a week (Required 1 day of rest for muscles to heal). I do a mixture water aerobics, exercise bike, and hand weights/resistance bands
    3) I log my food, exercise, moods when hungry or when I am eating each day. I review this each month to see what I need to change.
    4) I attend a local support group at least once a month. I also participate every day (unless sick or away from computer) on the gastric bypass sparklers. I need emotional support and motivation from my team to succeed!
    Think back on what worked for the 1st hundred pound loss and see how you can adapt it to your life now. What are you doing different and what are you going to change to jump start the weight loss again. If you do not know what is wrong go see the dietician and the surgeon and ask them for help to get you back on weight loosing cycle.
