July 5, 2013 I started following the Eat to live plan by Dr. Joel Fuhrman on may 29. So far I have lost 16 pounds and feel amazing.
I cut out sugar and dairy completely. I have only had meat a couple times. I still have one cup of coffee (with a splash of almond milk) a day. I was a huge coffee drinker so I'm taking my time getting off it. By the end of July I will be coffee free.

May 5, 2013- Ran my second half marathon in Pittsburgh with my brother. My time was 2:50 which was not what I had hope for. I was able to run 8.29 miles before I need a walk break so that was huge for me.

Oct.2012- Ran my first half marathon! My husband and I did the Detroit half. 2:44:22.

Feb. 2012- I've been using Sparkpeople since Jan 2011 and have lost 55 pounds. I have 45 to go. I plan to hit my goal this year.

So far so good. I'm down 15 pounds.
Doing great with exercising, I feel so much better already. My energy level has greatly improved.

2011 is my year to improve myself.
I'm so happy to have Spark people to help me.
I hit my highest weight of 245 in Dec. 2010.
