Dance to the songs cause they make you feel alive.

Hi! I'm Brooke. I love to sing, dance, play, and do a bunch of crazy fun things. I don't do these well, but it doesn't matter because I have a good time.

I'm in graduate school studying counseling with a focus in higher education student affairs. I love working with students that have barriers to help them achieve their goals! (Feel free to talk to me about higher education, no judgement here!)

I greatly enjoy talking to new people. Don't hesitate to talk to me!

I have a hard time sticking with stuff, so I love to have support as well.

Fitness Minutes: 4,209

My Goals:
Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Cardio at Gym: Monday/Wednesday for 30 minutes

Cardio Water Aerobics at Gym: Tuesday/Thursday 45 minutes

Strength Training at Gym: Monday/Wednesday 40 minutes

Walking or Cardio at Gym: Two weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) 30 minutes

Short term:
I want to be under 200lbs by January 2018.

Long term:
I want to be around 140 lbs.
My goal is to be able to shop for clothes with my friends.
I want to be able to have kids and be able to keep up with them. I want to be the house that all the kids want to hang out at.
I want to be able to live to see my grandchildren. (I don't have kids yet, but being a grandparent is one of my biggest dreams.)
I want to feel better physically and emotionally.


My Program:
I plan to make healthier food choices, cut down on pop intake, and try to move more.



Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old. I'm in graduate school studying counseling with a focus in higher education student affairs. I spend a lot of time playing video games and working in my office job.

    emoticon Done Girl, just realize that you CAN'T do all of this in ONE DAY. Make an effort to have 8 glasses of water today and stop eating when you FEEL you have had enough, etc. Relax and know you can make small changes right now, even if you can't be perfect.

    Hey Girl!! If you are asking for support then you are not ready to give up!! Listen, we all know it's hard. This is one of the hardest things I've dealt with in my life and believe me I've had some tough times. I've lost weight so many times only to gain it all back, plus some. I'm still struggling and maybe I always will. But I can tell you one thing, I will never give up. Love yourself for who you are, don't feel sorry for yourself, and keep trying to do better even if it get's hard. If it were easy we would all be super models! LOL

    We're all here anytime you need support, or somewhere to let it all out, or celebrate successes. Whatever it is, we're here!

    Keep going. One of your goals is to be under 200 lbs by June 2012. You can do it!!! I know you can!
