Any of these you could except for the pilates ring workout. Some might have intermittent usage of very light dumbbells but the workout is the same without, not needed.

If you look at www.totalfitnessdvds.com she has 1-5 minute video clips posted of the workouts and lists what equipment if any require. At most though, I would recommend a thick pilates mat that can be folded or rolled into your suite case. A lot of poses are done on the tailbone, shins, and elbows and it's a good idea to have that for comfort. Not needed if you use a few towels under you if you can't get one.

Denise Austin released 2 that I like, one in 2009 and 2010. Ana Caban's Pilates Ring DVD is nice. I like Gaiam Brand Pilates the most and you can find those + the DA DVDs at www.totalfitnessdvds.com for cheap. "10off" is a coupon code for 10% off the total purchase price and free shipping on orders of $19+. Mary is te website's owner and is fabulous. She allowed returns of DVDs, even if they've been used, for up to 60 days for a full refund. 90 Days if you will accept a store credit.

I have about 30 pilates DVDs and those are the ones I would recommend to start with. If her site still carries "Spin" pilates, those are nice too bc they different level modifications. She doesn't carry the Ana Caban Pilates Ring workout, but other Ana Caban/Gaiam DVDs. If you want the Pilates Ring DVD- www.deepdiscount.com sells it. Just do a search under "Ana Caban".

I'm heading down stairs to do my workout in a few minutes. If I see other ones that would be good for I'll let you know!

If you like a blend of Pilates and Barre, Karen Voight just released 2 DVDs in Nov 2010. One is Pilates/Barre and the other is a Stretch inspired workout. Both are EXCELLENT. Not traditional pilates, but it really does feel so good on the body and the joints! you can find these also on Mary's website.
