I'm very excited that I've decided this year will be the year I finally accomplish my weight loss goal! I have quite a road ahead of me, but my vision is to have reached my goal FOR SURE by my 35th birthday on February 17, 2011. I have to start telling myself that this will happen, or else how will I actually believe it?

My story:
On June 13, 2009, I made the decision that I was finally going to change. For good. I hit my highest weight ever, I was so ashamed that I didn't want to see anyone or even hang out with my friends, I was embarrassed that even my doctor told me that I was too heavy, and I was told that I was on the verge of diabetes if I continued down the path that I was on.

On June 13th I realized that I didn't wanna deal with this being fat crap anymore. I decided that I didn't have to choose this life for myself. I acknowledged that I wanted to start respecting myself again, feeling proud of myself again, and take advantage that I am a young girl with a long and exciting life again!

On June 13, I told myself it didn't matter how many times I've tried this before, I could STILL make this change happen. I let go of all the negative thoughts in my mind on the subject. I released all of the complaining about how hard it is to lose weight. I made the decision that I could - AND WOULD - lose this weight.

I feel better already.

My Goals:
To be a person who is active, confident, healthy and invincible! I want to think like a thin person and live like a healthy person. I WILL REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT BY MY 35th BIRTHDAY!


My Program:
I focus on high-fiber "filling foods" so I never feel hungry. I also attend Weight Watchers meetings every Saturday.
