Hi my name is Levinie a 52 year old young lady with 2 adult children who are my heart and soul and I am also married to a great guy that I adore most of the time lol. Hey nothing is perfect but he's the guy for me and is always rooting me on in whatever i strive to do. In high school my weight stayed between 135 and 145 and I thought I was overweight then. Now that's a joke compared to now. I was on the dance team, 2 ROTC drill teams, a cheerleader booster waving my pom poms wearing that lil' micro mini skirt set. After high school I went into to military weighing 122 and after basic training I was down to 115. I remember early 20's after having both my children hitting the 200 mark. I would love to see 200 again that would be a great accomplishment. I know it's all about doing a whole new make over of a life style change for life and I have to get into the mindset of that and stick with it for life. . I've lost as much as 50 pds and went back to old habit due to just life pressures and stress at times. I have to learn how to stay in control of me no matter what happens. I am looking forward to Spark People being one of my biggest supporters and my life line through my journey. I know there will be good days and bad days but I know there will be someone on spark to give me the lift and push I need. I'm thanking all who support me through this in advance and know that it is already greatly appreciated. I know this will be a constant battle going up and down hill I just wanna stay in the running. My Program:
I am starting by eating and cooking food differently. Exercise 4-5 times a week which is the hardest and not eat after 6 no later than 7pm. Keep a positive attitude and stay focused no matter what.

Personal Information:

When I get to my first goal of 250 I will treat myself to :

Hair cut and color, new outfit and a night out on the town and a champagne toast.

My second goal will be 225 pds.........
