I have been a pre-school teacher for 11 years now and love working with these children. I just love coming up with new ideas to teach them many themes. I use crafts and online sources for teachers, some of the children already know their abc, numbers and can write very well.

Ok I did some backsliding on my weight loss. Yeah I see it and the scale shows it. Now to get back to doing what needs to be done.. 1. post on spark pages 2. eat healthier 3. do workouts (more like schedule )
4. post my workouts here to see how Iam doing overall.
5. have a short term goal

For now just need to make the effort to get to the gym and get my workouts going on a regular basis... been lacking on that side..also need to be more consistent on doing a better job at eating healthier. No more excuses on my part that the hubby is sidetracking me.. just need to get in a salad or some more veggies on the plate

Want to also do some of those videos that will help me when it's so hot and don't feel like going to the gym..
soon to be empty nest-er. My step son has a job on the east coast and will be moving the end of the month.. More time for me to do what needs to be done here at home.

Fitness Minutes: 13,052

My Goals:
I am back up to 136 lbs and trying to lose at least 10 lbs by next Easter. For now looking to just get more fit and trim.

My Program:
workout consistently M/W/F cardio of some sort, T/Th/Sat strength training.. Will see how well I do after the first week. plan on starting a full week next Monday.

Personal Information:
Reside in Illinois, married have 2 daughters, a stepdaughter, a stepson and a minature daschund.

    thanks for the comment on my blog. my knees are tweaky, too, but taking glucosomine everyday has really helped. thanks for the well wishes on the training and race. i'm feeling pretty confident about it, which is unusual for me this early in training for a race.
