    Before my wedding I took two 6 week sessions of a cardio/aerobics class. I didn't lose a lot of weight (then again, I didn't pay a lot of attention to my diet), but my muscles felt really strong and firm--less jiggle.

    20 pounds in 2 months! You can totally do it! Don't be discouraged by not losing any weight in a week. Sometimes that's just how it works. One week you don't lose anything, the next week you lose a whole lot. Bodies are weird like that.
