I had the most beautiful baby girl on 10/10/2011 named Avery Grace and now I am just trying to get back into the 140's by my birthday, November 28Th :)



I am going through a lot of changes in my life and I need to be healthy for me. I need to keep working on myself and stay in shape. I have worked too hard to get here, I am not going to give it all up. Time to get back to the grind :)

10-31-08 - I have lost 48lbs so far and am down from a size 16/18 to a 3/4 or 1/2. I love my new lifestyle and the way I feel. Thank you to all my Sp friends who helped me along my journey!!!!!

Growing up as far back as I can remember my mom and my aunts have always been on diets. I was always very athletic when I was younger but always thought I was fat. When I was in highschool I was working out all the time and doing pom pon/cheerleading for hours each day. I was in the best shape of my life (120-125) but didn’t get their a healthy way.

After a couple years in college I found out what the freshman 15 was all about. Drinking all the time and eating horrible food defiantly started to make a difference in my body. I started dating my husband and then the comfort weight slowly crept up on me.

After my wedding and honeymoon we met with the photographer and tried to pick out pictures. As I started to look through them I kept saying... “Not that one, I look fat” after saying that a thousand times I realized I didn’t just look fat in the pictures..... I WAS FAT. It was at that point I decided no more. I was no longer going to hate the way I looked and I wanted to be comfortable in my own skin. I started my new way of life August 13, 2007 and haven’t looked back.

I love the new me and can’t wait to reach my goal :)

My husband is in the Army so we are currently stationed in Stuttgart Germany.

    Hey girl!! Glad to hear you are doing so well! Your little girls name is adorable!!! I love love love it!!
    I had a little girl back in August and we named her Gracelyn Brooke! If we didn't use Gracelyn as the first name, we were def going to use it as a middle name! She is 4 months old now and our son Gavin just turned 3! They grow up soooo quick so enjoy every moment even when your tired and stressed and want to pull your hair out :)
    Hows the weight loss going? 156 isn't bad at all after just having a baby! I haven't updated my ticker but I weigh around 184 which is only 2lbs heavier than my prepreggo wt :/

    So glad you are back!! Seems like its been so long!
    How is that cute baby of yours?!? And how are you?!?!

    Things are going good for me.. I have fell off the wagon again these last 2 weeks but really really need to get back to doing something. I was doing INSANITY and still want to but the workouts are an hour long 6 days a week! Sometimes its hard to get it in! Especially when most of the time Im working out at 8-9 at night.. I just have to remember how good I felt after the workout and hopefully that will keep me going. I will more than likely start over with the program..

    What type of exercise will you be doing?
    So excited to be buddies again! I need this!!

    Hey Lady... did you get a workout in today? I did 90 minutes:) Unfortunately I didn't get 400 cardio minute in this week (only 350). I'm going to try again next week...
