I'm a down to earth person who wants to be fit. No hang ups, just an over all desire to be fit and understand through my actions what healthy living is all about. Alot of people scoff at those who want to be healthy, but the need in America to put down cheese burgers, french fries and 40 oz. sodas and pick up lean cuts of meat, fruts/veggies and water is great! Anyway, I can go on all day, but the strongest testament is in my actions.

On the career tip I'm currently AD in the United States Air Force and I attend Park University majoring in Computer Information Systems Management. I'm trying to complete my degree before I seperate from the military so that I can make that money honey!

Fitness Minutes: 0

My Goals:
Get down to a healthy BMI and maintain an above average level of fitness. If I ever do have children to know what to do to keep the weight off and be healthy while pregnant so that when the baby gets here the pounds will melt away!


My Program:
I work out 5 times a week. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I attend a Cardio Kickboxing class offered at the gym. In addition, I lift on a different body part each day of the week and repeat the next week. I ensure I get between 30-60 minutes of intense cardio in.



Personal Information:
I'm originally from Tampa, Florida, but I've been travelling abroad since I was 19. I met my husband while in England and am so glad I did! Anyway we're both finally back in the states after a year in Korea and loving it.


Other Information:
I started dancing and no not exotically...LOL. I've always wanted to and finally I stepped out and enrolled into a Dance Conditioning class which encorporated strength training and the basics of Ballet and Jazz. It was really fun and intense! I plan to take it again in the Fall so pray for me! :-)
