I could start this again saying Im back again, but this time I want something diffirent. I want to achieve my weight loss and maintain it throughout my Life. Today is October the 19th. and My weight has increased from last time Im @ 221 lbs.I'm back again, Back to achieve. It would be great if Someone could help me keep on track

Weight today @ Dr's Office 213 lbs, My goal at this time is 199 wanting to get out of the 200,s with Everyone's help, I know I will succeed once again.

Im a 42 Year Old female, Who had finally decised Its time to put myself first. I have lived all these years for everyone else, and lost myself in the mist of Everything. If I don't put myself first, no one else will. I need to start living, I may have forgotten how, But Im willing to try and with the help of all of you, I can make a change

Surpassed my goal of 10lbs
Jan 5.2008 weight 220lbs
Next goal 210 lbs

My Program:
I started the treadmill today after many many years

Im eating 6 small meals per day

Personal Information:
Dec 28. 2007 almost at one of my goals which is to reach 220 today Im at 221 one pound to reach it.....
Then will set next goal
