This is my time, to change my life and live in a big way (but not as a "big person")! I've been on Spark for about 7 years on and off...mostly off. I could say that's because I had 3 amazing children during that time but I also ate a lot of cupcakes and ate a lot of late night snacks. I've lost and gained more than 500lbs during the past 10 years and when I got back to my heaviest at 300lbs I knew it was, really time to change. This time it's different in that I'm changing my lifestyle and I'm no longer looking to food for emotional reasons. This includes not feeling guilty when I eat a piece of pie. I am ready to live an amazing life with my husband and be a healthy example to my 3 girls. I have a long road ahead of me but I'm looking forward to doing all the things I never thought I could do. Let's do this!

Fitness Minutes: 7,096

My Goals:
Workout 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes. Drink 8+ glasses of water a day. Eat cleaner and greener more often than not and log my food.

My Program:
Cooking at home and making sure to keep healthy food in the house. Track my food and calories I'm eating. I also making sure I eat the right portions of food. I work out at least 5 days a week usually at home by walking, biking and videos.

Personal Information:
I'm a mommy to 3 beautiful little girls, a wife to an amazing husband, and I work full-time in nursing administration. I'm a native Oregonian but lived in the Denver area for 5 years. I'm at a point in my life where I love almost everything about it except for my weight. I'm looking forward to talking some time for myself now and getting healthy!

Other Information:
Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pateur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein.
