Well now I have gone from 435 to 255, then in 4 years it went back up to 430. I want to cry, I told myself that I would NEVER... I even gave or threw away all my old clothes.
Well here is the plan, I will do exactly what i did last time, I will track what i eat religiously (down to the last M&M). I will make better choices. It was pretty easy before it just took time.
I know i can get it done, but can I keep it off???

Fitness Minutes: 75,225

My Goals:
I will lose more than half of my body weight.
I want to compete in an Olympic Weightlifting Meet.
I want to(DID) run a 5k on May 30th, for the first time ever. 57 Minutes

My Program:
On May 16th, 2010 I started the program Take Shape for Life. 1 week later I became a HEALTH COACH to assist others in accomplishing their goals. I am so excited about TSFL this has been the easiest program I have ever done and compared to any of the other major programs its inexpensive. Starting 4/15/09 I spent the first 8 months cutting calories and tracking my food and lost a lot of muscle from my diet. Then on Jan 11 2010 I joined a gym to continue my weight loss journey and regain some of that lost muscle. Honestly it was a lot of hard work to do it that way. TSFL is EASY check it out at

    Hey Coach!

    Guess who's back - AGAIN? Get back here - I need you for motivation!!

    Got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a couple months ago. NOW I'm taking my health seriously! I have cut all OBVIOUS sugar since then: soda, ice cream, cookies, cake, etc. I know I lost 6 lbs in the first 2 weeks. Checking in with the doc again tomorrow. Hopefully even MORE lost! (Haven't been using the scale at home.) I started working out again (Green Strength - basically the generic version of CrossFit). And I plan on adding walking, bike riding and/or dance videos from a youtube channel recommended on here - The Fitness Marshall. I actually can't WAIT to try it! And next up is starting to wean off added/hidden sugars.

    Aside from the OBVIOUS health reasons to get back on Spark, I became single a couple of years ago. Now I'm EMOTIONALLY ready to get back in the dating game, but I live in a rural area, and guys around here just don't like fat girls! I'm going to be an empty-nester in the next couple of year, and I don't want to be THAT lady who lives alone with her cats (and dogs).

    The 25th reunion never did materialize this year - guess I have to wait for the 30th!! I went to Torrance HS. Where are you in Cali?
