Alright....I think it's about time I add something onto my page here :-P

I'm looking to lose weight and tone up again.
A few years ago, I had to get my gallbladder removed because I had gallstones. Most horrible pain I've experienced! At first I thought I had acid reflux, but when it started getting worse I was told I had gallstones. I was told it usually happens to people way older than me.
After that procedure, I was told that I had to change my diet. I was watching The Biggest Loser when the American version first showed here in Australia. That show inspired me to make a lifestyle change.
I joined a female gym (Fernwood) and went on their diet system called Slimplicity and had 2 trainers which I saw every week.
After about a year and a few months, I lost about 48 pounds. (21 kilos or thereabouts)
I was so happy!! It took forever to lose and it was a struggle but I was almost to my goal weight.
I got weighed every Saturday and measured every month or so. Well, after a while, my body hit a plateau. It wouldn't lose any weight! The Slimplicity motivator lady kept changing my diet and nothing was working, I trained harder, and nothing. Then she started blaming me and getting a bit angry. I thought to myself 'well I don't need this attitude...she's supposed to be helping me' and I quit the Slimplicity. I was happy with my weight! So I just did lots of training and was maintaining. My gym membership was due to be renewed and I decided not to... I just went to another gym.
I started eating what I wanted, when I wanted simply because I didn't have someone bugging and nagging me every week.
And now I'm at this point where I need to lose weight again because I've put on a bit.
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, one of those days I see my trainer. I love doing RPM, Body Balance and Body Pump. :)
So my gym work isn't bad at all, I just need to get back on track with my food! And that's a problem for me because I love food.
One thing that the Slimpliciy lady did tell me that I've slowly realised is true: "if you are working out and eating right, you'll lose weight. if you throw off that balance and work out well but eat crap food, you won't lose anything. "

I need to do this!

My Goals:
I want to get back to eating healthy and feeling better about myself.

My Program:
I am at the gym 4-5 times a week. One of those days I see a personal trainer where he varies the program weekly. We do a lot of boxing and weights.

A couple of those days I do aerobic classes. I love to do RPM, Body Balance and Body Pump!

Personal Information:
I am originally from Hawaii born and raised. I am currently living in Australia with my husband and I am going back to the U.S. for 6 months starting in Feb 2008 to spend time with my mom. I want to use this time to really work on myself and hit the gym hard!

Now some stats on me:

Name: Andrea

Age: 28

Height: 5'2"

Location: South Australia currently.

Favorite Color: purple - at the moment.

Tattoos/Piercings: 2 tattoos, 1 piercing (used to have 2, had to remove one)

Other Information:
I lost a bunch of weight about a year ago and have quit that certain gym and seem to have fallen back to eating badly and making bad food choices. (I am not an emotional eater...I just like junk food a lot!)

As a result of that, my weight has dramatically gone up and I am not happy with myself for that.

I feel that I have let myself down.

I would really like to get back to the weight I was at before and keep it that way!

I love going to the beach, working out at the gym, gardening, cooking, baking, cleaning (I know, weird!), photography, traveling, watching movies, the list can go on and on!

I'm looking for a buddy to help motivate me and keep me in check! I like making new friends! :)
