Hi there!!! My name is Dani! I am currently a stay at home mom/homemaker that is in need to get healthy and lose weight. I have been married for 10 wonderful years and am the mother of 2 beautiful children. I am currently 222 pounds. My highest weight however was 281 after giving birth to my second child. I lost some weight and still continuing to lose weight by following a Keto friendly diet program that consists of meal replacement shakes, protein bars, lots of veggies, a couple fats and protein for dinner. This program is however temporary and once I get to my goal weight, I can start having regular meals for each meal instead of just one. My goal weight for my height of 5'8 is 160. At first, I was going to reward myself every ten pounds lost with food, but I figure that is a big mistake so I am going to reward myself with non food items to keep me motivated. This is going to be a crazy journey but I must keep on keeping on!
