I am a stroke survivor, 2002, I call it my half life warning, I am very happy for the lessons it taught me. Slow down, don't take life so seriously and laugh more often. Finally, be in the moment, because that is all we have for sure.

I have made many lifestyle changes in the past 7 years, including starting back to Aikido (martial art), back to the gym and a much healthier diet. I want to be around for my wife and to watch my grandchildren grow up.

I am about 2 years away from total retirement, waiting on my wife to be fully vested. Our dream is to retire to the Fiji Islands in good health and grow strawberries for the nearby resorts. I also would like to take up golf and catch up on my reading.

Another dream is to bring Spark People to the people of the Fiji Islands.

Personal Information:
I am a stroke survivor, 7 years ago I had what I call my half life warning :-) I needed to slow down and not take life so seriously. I am fully recovered and living my life at a much more relaxed pace. I have learned some very valuable lessons along the way and am very grateful to my wife and to my Guru, AMMA (the hugging saint) for their love and grace
