I try to follow a clean diet (read Tosca Reno's book if you haven't already!) that consists of veggies and fruit, protein, whole grains, and the occasional indulgence. Ideally this would be easy, but I still struggle everyday with eating clean! I just try to remember that how I look correlates directly with how I treat my body and what I put into it. I also try to eat some dairy but I am lactose intolerant so can't have too much. I take vitamin amd calcium supplements everyday.

My fitness plan consists of four days of strength, and 4-5 days of cardio:

Monday: Chest and Abs, Cardio
Tuesday: Back and Shoulders, Cardio
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Arms, Cardio
Friday: Legs, Cardio
Saturday: Only Cardio
Sunday: Off

My Program:
I do 4+ hours of cardio a week and 4 days of strength training. I'm focusing on harder workouts and incorporating some yoga or pilates into my routine.

I have 1200 to 1400 calories a day of mostly complex carbs and some lean meats. I also drink lots of water and I don't eat carbs after 8 pm.

    Wow that's awesome you're doing your masters! What are you studying if you dont mind me asking? How do you like living in London?? One of my friends is actually moving there in a week! Lol I might go visit her nxt year if I have the money and time!

    Yes I'm a quarter of the way there... But as you know it's always hardest for that last 10 pounds that seems to never go away!! Lol

    I'm glad you're almost back to your old measurements!! Wooo!! Sometimes I wished I didn't know how much I weigh lol and just go by how I feel lol
