10,000+ Steps a day - Fitbit
Daily Intentional Exercises (120 Minutes) Includes: Dance - Run -Jog - Aerobic Stepper, Weights, Barbell, Kettlebell, Jogi ...... and more recently "Hula Hoop" lol.... (I'm easily bored!)

2 Adult Children & 5 Grandchildren who a ALL live out of Province ;o(
I love being Grand-maman!!!

I've had Gym memberships in the past however since DH's illness my exercises are all done at home with him
Never exercised a day in my life until I turned 57
Thrive on Challenging myself!!
