I am a 43 year old mother of 3 - devoted wife & full time personal financial advisor at Scotiabank - I have a husband who is 4 years younger than me & hope to keep him looking at ME! :) I LOVE to work out (but find it hard to fit in my busy day sometimes) I enjoy time with my family,work life, love to watch movies, love playing video games! I have now just moved to a new city that is a perfect mix of cosmopolitan and cowboy. I want to make THIS the year that I actually put my own health and fitness back on the front row of priorities! I have a new position in a new branch in a new city. My husband & I are celebrating 10 yrs married. I want the next 10 yrs to be focused on rekindling the Spark we had for each other & I know that me being in better shape will go a long ways to flame that spark for us, not only for his attraction to me but also for my own confidence & state of mind. I am often angry or sad & I can admit to myself that most of the time it’s because I am feeling so bad about myself 😓 I will be going back to follow a low carb lifestyle incorporating healthy real foods as this helped me get down to goal 15 years ago and stay on goal for 4 years - I “fell off the wagon" during a divorce & meeting my new man but since then have been trying to get back on it in a way that can suit my lifestyle & still help me lose weight - I used to set my goal-weigh very low at 120 (which if most people saw me would say I didnt look healthy and I looked too thin especially in my face!) But now I just want a modest & healthy toned 150 which is a weight I know will look just right on me- I am incorporating fasting techniques as per Dr Fung & Dr Berg. I love Charlene Johnston & Tracy Campoli’s workout vids on YouTube & like to do Yoga, Pilates, and Jogging too! I would love to make good friends to support & inspire each other here on SparkPeople! We can do this together!

    Hi! Sorry it took me several months to respond to the comment on my page. Thank you for the compliments! I wasn't actively using SP and my body shows it. lol I'm back up to 170. And to answer your question, I'm 5'5". I'm committed to losing 45 pounds by January 1st. I am getting married July 10, 2015 and I want to buy a much smaller wedding dress. lol
