    Hi Danielle. Welcome to the Light Green team! This is my...ummm...4th challenge with the Light Green team. I'm a floater this time around as I was in BLC-6 due to hand surgery. I would really love to drop at least 10 lbs this round. Not sure how reasonable that is for me. I can't do much exercising. Good luck in this challenge. I know you will reach your goals and I look forward to getting to know you! We are like one big family on the Light Green Lean Machines!!

    Hello beautiful!!!!!!!!! How is it coming along? Any furthur loss or are you dangling with me in the 10 LBS??? I hate it! I want out of it. It's like this cage around me! LOL. Yet, the key is on the inside, I must just choose to pick it up and get out. UGHHHHH. Our daughter had surgery and today is the first and most active day I've had on Sparks in FOREVER!! It's taking forever to get on track, but I think I found the motivation I needed. How about you, wanna join the "10 and beyond" group? LOL. Lets get the heck out of here!!!!!!!!!

    How many calories are you actually getting in? If you are only eating half of your recommended calories...I would definately say that would keep you from losing. Eating fewer calories will only succeed in lowering your metabolism and cause your body to go into survival mode and you will lose nothing. I would recommend that you track everything and look for healthy ways to get in more calories if your are falling short. Plain almonds are an excellent source of healthy fat...no sodium (as long as they are not salted) and will boost the calorie intake.
