    Your food tracker is not public so I'm not sure what you are currently eating and to be honest I have the opposite problem I eat too much but, if you are really having trouble meeting your daily intake I would add fruits and veggies to you day! When you track your food there is also a little pie chart that tells you how much fat, carbs and protein you are getting try to make sure that you are always getting at least 15% protein and just under 30% of fat that really helps me.

    Hey there!
    Thats pretty crazy your heard about Chris's death. Yes, a blow to many here. I'm not sure what part yet they are moving to- they are researching now about where to go. They are going to be making a trip there to check it out. Will be sad to see them go, but it has been a dream of theirs forever. What part do you live in?
    How are you liking Sparks? Are you finding that it may be something to help you with this journey? Ang said you were having a hard time getting your calories. Isnt that funny when you start being aware, but before you probably exceeded them by 100's! LOL. I know that I have read many times here to make sure that you are having 6 meals a day. And fill it in with good calories. I find almond butter to be a help-sooo good for you and has higher calories. I dip my apples or bananas in it. MMMMMM.
    I just have to say, your smile is georgous! It is so contagious-You made a beautiful bride!

    secrets: Find a group that you want to check in with daily one that when you wake up in the morning you cant wait to see what people have said.........be consistent.....drink a lot of water....start out slow but, if its starts to get easy add something to make it hard again......calories in calories out very important.

    Where did you get your wedding dress it is gorgeous, and you looked gorgeous in it, i know sometimes it hard to loose weight but you have to believe in yourself, good luck with you journey
