I AM IN CONTROL OF THE FOOD (MOSTLY) rather than it controlling me! .

I am currently following a healthy eating and living plan with lost of ideas from SUSTAIN NUTRITION and am happy with my weight overall and now lighter than the target weight with Slimming World that I considered was my happy weight. I am never hungry and my mindset is improving which doesn't happen with Slimming World.

KEEP WRITING IT DOWN, THE ACCOUNTABILITY IS WHAT IS HELPING ME SO MUCH! Have to keep making good choices of course, but consider if my choice is not good was it worth it or will I not do it next time. Every week I eat homemade Pizza with my hubby and am still losing weight!

My name is Donna. I live near Preston, Lancashire. I have two children, a girl Chloe who is 18 and a son James who is 16.. I am happily married to Tony, we've been together for 30+ years and married for 20 years. I was also diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 3 years ago and am taking Copaxone injections 3 times a week to 'delay' any further progression and so far, so good!

Other Information:
I love reading, especially James Patterson and Karin Slaughter books

I used to love aqua aerobics classes and zumba classes but currently try to do dumbbell exercises with Has fit on You Tube at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes and love it also walk at least 6000 steps a day

    Thanks, Donna! Yes, I'm doing OK thanks. Off for a swim at lunch-time, then I have a nice take-out salad box as a treat. This afternoon I'm heading out to explore a local mini-woodland area in Newlyn that the community are striving to defend from developers! Apart from that today I think it'll be reading, maybe some sewing, and I might watch a film. I hope your weekend goes well too.

    Good Morning on this Thoughtful Thursday. Thinking I need to quit laying here and typing and get up and move. I have a tendency just to want to sit here and type all day. I know I can't because when I don't do things in moderation to the exclusion of other things that need to get done, it makes me depressed and I want to stay on this be more. Not good!
