    Hi Teena-Welcome to SP.I read your post,about being frustrated,and wondering why you're not losing more weight,faster?What,I think would help you understand better,why you're not losing weight faster,and more of it-is to read all the articles you can find on the SP website.They have some excellent articles/information,which covers most situations.
    That's great that you are putting such effort and thought into trying to do everything just right.We can do that,and still not get the immediate results we're looking for.
    You have to understand that there are a lot of variables that influence weight
    loss,and body mass loss.The guidelines given for losing weight are generalized,and one has to dig deeper,to find more specific information,which might apply to their particular person.
    You are not alone-with this "slow/no"results-I've read many posts and comments left on peoples Spark Pages and on the various Group/Team Forums.There are many other people,who see little results at first,for some,it takes a lot longer than others.
    Exercise,and the kind of exercise has a lot to do with weight loss;check out your fitness program/exercises-that may need some adjusting,to help you
    lose weight?
    Hope what I've said,helps some?Be patient,don't get discouraged,or give up-"it will happen for you!" :)

    Welcome to Sparkpeople! I also work in front of a computer all day so I know how you feel. Morning workouts are something to consider because they have many benefits. I believe there is an article on my Sparkpage about it. You'll have more brain power, have more energy through the day, and eventually you'll get used to it. If you rather workout in the evening, you have to push yourself to go! If losing weight was easy, there would be no chubby people! lol!
