It's been about a week since my last binge and my weight is starting to creep down again! I have to be strong!!! It's not that I binge at home, it's when I'm somewhere else and cave to people nagging me to eat brownies or something! Why is my family so scandalous LOL. No more binges for 62 DAYS!~!!!

Jan 5, 2011 ~ Thinking I need to post a before pic to motivate me. I have 84 days until my 29th birthday and I want to see a change!

December 26 2010 ~ It's sad to think that since I've been trying to get in shape ( basically from the age of eleven) I could have lost 30 lbs a trillion times by now. It feels like the years go by with no change and I fail each time I say oh "by my birthday" , or oh "by the new year", or "This will be the first time I lose weight during the holidays"! The sad part is I could have done it! A million times over I could have reached my goals. I was exercising, eating good (I worked at Subway) down to a good weight and I just slowly started to gain when I started working in daycare and going to school. I have the power within me to change my life. Just like everyone else. I have to love myself enough to do it.

I'm Bobbi Jo, 28 years old and looking to lose some pounds. I have been throwing different diets around for more then 1/2 my life, and I'm looking to get healthy and happy for the rest of my years.

I want to be a preschool teacher and I need lots of energy to keep up with the little ones. I also want to be a healthy role model for my two wonderful sweet children.

My Goals:
To have lost at least 15 lbs by my birthday!

To workout daily whether it's walking the dogs, wii fit or heavy cleaning/yardwork

To not stress about losing weight, but enjoy each day.

My Program:
Low-carb, Atkins, protein, veggies, fats, water, smaller portions, toning with weights, few cardio sessions weekly, inspiration, new recipes, journaling, avoiding out of control binges, losing weight and inches.

Personal Information:
I'm Espressomom, a diet addict stuck in a vicious cycle of, plan a diet, make food list, binge, start over monday. I love coffee, and caffeine, rich foods and peanut butter with chocolate.
