I'm 23, and I've been self conscious of my figure since I was about 12 and for the sake of honesty, I'll admit that I think that my attitude sucks because most of the time I was just been a lil brat!!


I was a kid for crying out loud, it was a ridiculous attitude, I'm totally aware of it.
Now...

Anyways I moved a few times and my lifestyle has suffered changes most of my life ....

I few years I lived a house in Tokyo....next I was living in a flat in Bueno Aires, then I was living in a House in Pretoria (South Africa), then again I moved to Buenos Aires (Argentina)

(I also lived in Denmark but I was so Young, I didn't really count as a change in lifestyle, I didn't have one!!!)

My point is that one year I would play sport and school, another year I didn't , one year I could go riding my bike everywhere, the next it was to dangerous to walk anywhere and I had to depend on someone to drive me everywhere....

whenever I had to settle somewhere I would put on some wieght...
....Call it emotional eating, an adaptiing mecanism, or a lack of psysical activity





The only thing I know?

Now I have 15

pounds to loose!!!

I'm know, that I'll be hard work but I really don't want this to get any worse!!

I might sound DRAMATIC but... sometimes I feel like my own life is passing me by!


Sometimes I think worrying about how I look and feel is lame, I remember other people with bigger problems, and tell myself to quit being so shallow, and be grateful for what I do have.

Then I tell myself that if I was grateful, I'd make the most of my life and take better care of my body, since it's the only one I have got!

I want to start taking control over my life, I feels it's time to take responsabilty over WHERE I am today, and VISUALIZE where I want to be, WHO I want to BE....and FOLLOW THROUGH:

As a person studying psychology I feel I have the obligation of taking care of my own "demons" before I become professional.


I realize, however that the problem in not the wieght the problem is much bigger than that.

The bulge is what I can see, it's like the tip of the iceberg.

I count on some personal developement and a change of habits in all areas of my life to REALLY change and make it lasting.

I'll have to stick to the programme through thick and thin...


I know I'll wake up many times with sore muscles, I know I'll come home from other activities and many times I'll try to convince myself that it's okay if I don't go to the gym, or eat whatever "just this once"...



I know all the people I think should be supportive, won't all be, some WILL encourage me others will grin a bit mockingly at the thought of my goals!

I know there's a million things that might be hard, challenging , or plain painful!

I know...

I know it'll be hard to change certain patterns, but it'll be freaking worth it!!

more confident.

Decrease fat percentage to 14-20%

2) Increase my cardio endurance

3) have more energy

4) Have the confidence to NATURALLY change my body language and outfits.

5) Learn about myself


My Program:
*Ditch sugar and flour

*5 meals a day

*cardio x 6 week

*W training x 4 week

*Yoga

*Increase consumption of veggies & fruits

*Ditch alcohol for a few weeks (first 2 monthes)

*Reward myself for baby steps accomplished.

*veggie and fruit fast day x 1 week
(same calorie intake)

*Ditch Coffee and all Caffine


*switch from my carbs to "good" carbs

    What a worldly person! WOW. I have been absolutely NOWHERE. :p Thanks for the message on my sparkpage! My "little" Sadie is going to be great for exercising with... but I do have to admit... I wanted to get a dog for quite a while, and this was a VERY impressive excuse to get one when hubby didn't want to have ANYTHING to do with getting one. :") Ha! But she's soooo sweet!
