Life is too short to be unhappy about who you are. Expecially when all it takes is a little self discipline to become who you want to be!


My goal is simple but yet complex. I want to be healthy and look good. I have my work cut out for me but I KNOW i can do it. I'm on my way to living right, Eating healthy and being more physical each day.

    so guess who's down to 310.7 this am? ME

    i have only 2 and 1/2 months before either my mom or vince join me on a road trip to have my seminar. i believe i will be under 299 lbs by then. if i just lost 10 lbs in a month, my goal for 2 more months should be let's say 280. that is flippin fantastic.

    oh and... I only exercised for about 7-10 minutes on my recumbent bike. I pedaled until I felt warmed up then I went on hard for about 20 seconds really fast, then I put it on easy and waited a couple minutes until I was ready to sprint again. I only did it 3 times then the last time I cooled down I said okay that's enough of that. and other than my job(which is always exercise because I'm always walking and lifting and climbing ladders and more lifting and more lifting)...other than that...the 7 mins was the ONLY exercise I did. and I lost 6 lbs. BOOM. results. purge the liver. beet juice.

    I lost 6 lbs this weekend and felt fan-friggin-tastic Monday. it's like a high im slowly coming down from. well I'm about to repeat it even moreso this holiday weekend. my secret? making a juice(not a smoothie) and making sure it has beets in it(and lemon and ginger root). and I have a new way of making salads that gives me a good all around meal that I am loving. I've been so excited to share that I was pie this morning. pie is 314 ! yesterday 314.5.

    you want motivation? you want excitement? you want results? do what I did. I've even curved my junkfood tastebuds like overnight so I have been eating GREAT since last Friday night(the first beet juice) and this is Tuesday night. if you don't have a juicer, get one. until then go somewhere healthfood store where they can make one for you and make sure it has beets and ginger root in it.

    then eat salads similar to mine but you'll prolly have your own style. mine are tortilla round chips, hummus, cheese, ranch dressing(simply dressing brand) and maybe some croutons or tiny bits of bacon on it, and if you can a sprinkle of walnuts. the hummus and tortillas really do help. you can add cherry tomatoes if you want or avocado. I get salad that has carrots and red cabbage shredded up in it. I make a good big size bowl.

    for breakfast I always have a smoothie. usually almond milk, banana, blackberries/blueberries, cacao powder, goji berries, and any other this's and that's. this works. I'm seeing results.

    I don't work this Friday, so Thursday night my sis and I are making juices for supper. I'm diving right back in with the beet,ginger,apple,celery,carrot,lemon,kale
    , cantaloupe, cayenne that I made last time. oh my god I haven't felt so good in years. I work in 95 degree heat but my sweat turned watery thin and I've got my energy back I jog around that warehouse ready to go! work hard lift heavy boxes all day long as if it were 70degrees and fall. all because I purged my liver. not a little, I mean this WORKS. ya go to the bathroom like normal, ya feel full like normal and hungry like normal. ya want to exercise all the sudden ya feel strong and flexible ya want to stretch and find/remember those muscles where they are and want to USE them. I'm really excited about my results this weekend. I'm going to do this at least twice this weekend maybe 3 if I feel like I'm not going too fast. it's soooo worth it.
