So that i can get stronger. Tell Me I cant do it, Tell me im not STRONG enough. So that I can Prove U Wrong. I want this bad and, know that i can accomplish any thing I set my mind on. Ive been told that im just fine at this or that weight or dont workout too hard you wont look Rite. For so long i listened and believe what they said until I woke up and realized these are my DREAMS and that I wont SLEEP on them ever again. DoNT LEt other people determine your value or suceess. only U can determine that. Heres some Words to be avoided: "Someday", "may be", "I will try", "if", '' Pull my Finger '' :D lol and, Never''! You can do this everyone, Always BELIVE in UrSELF~ Shanda Hobbs

Fitness Minutes: 363

My Goals:
my goal is to one day make a work out video to inspire people like me and you to b a healthier u.
Accomplished my goal Oct 14th 2010 145 lbs.In just 3 1/2months.

I aspire to be 130 fit lbs. I know I can do it! , b cuz I can do ne thing if I put my mind to it.

My Program:
Liquids= Water and water only

meals= 3 meals,3 healthy snacks such as fruits, vegestables, A womens one a day.

Excercise= At least 15 min a day. It can be ne thing like walking to the mail box, jogging around the block, walking to the store instead of taking the car. over a period of time i have slowly increased my excercises to pushups,situps, and various other strength training exercises. started off doing 5 pushups now i am able to do 30 at a time. started off doing 20 situps and now i am able to do 120 at a time. Just take it one day at a time and b4 you know it you will be doing excercises that you never imagined would happen taken care and work it out and push your self to the limit!

Personal Information:
Hi I am fitjeans I dont really take my self too serious. I am originally from The big apple and, for 14 years i lived where the worlds greatest muhamad ali was born. The Kentucky derby! Now currently reside @ the amazing home of Disney world! Life is grand:-)

Other Information:
I created my own diet plan and it works for me,If u create ur own diet plan you too will succeed on your journey to being a healthier U.

    Thanks so much for the comment on my blog. Yes, we can get out there with our children, be active, and exercise at the same time. I love to go the gym in our complex, but I certainly can't take all 3 of them with if it means playing chase at the park or tennis then that works for me!
