When I grow up, I want to be an old woman.

The kind of tough-as-nails, heart-of-gold adventurous old woman who is completely unstoppable.

That's not going to happen unless 45 year old me gets out of my comfort zone and starts living that way and building those habits right now.

So here I am. Last time around, I reached my goals by pushing. This time I am after sustainable change, so it will be slow and in flow.

Conjure something glowing
Take this day
You were born with hands for spinning
Talent for dreams and making them real

Roll the hours like yarn
Spin something that makes you feel full
And big and open to talk

Make this day your own square
In your own life quilt
So shining it brightens the whole of your years
This far
Make this day like one of God's seven.

My Goals:
I am going to get fitter than I have ever been before - and I am going to make it my way of life for the future.

Under 100 kgs - Bike clothes

Under 95 kgs - A stand-up paddleboard

Under 90 kgs - A gorgeous dress from Holy Clothing

Under 85 kgs -

Under 75 kgs -

Under 70 kgs -

My Program:
Water, water and more water; eating low carb real foods; exercise every day.

Personal Information:
Schelle...late 40s Aussie Leo... a frazzled mother, of three challenging free-thinkers... married to one much larger challenge of a wonderful man... Catholic, crafty, with literary pretensions... legal beagle... wannabe perfectionist with self-sabotaging tendencies.... I think that says it all!

Other Information:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
