    Hey girl hey! How are you doing? I'm busy but I'm managing to keep myself on track! How often do you weigh yourself? I used to do it weekly before, but now I'm going to try to do it monthly, because the more change I see the more motivated I will be!

    Heyy! Sorry I've been off the website! I've had a very crazy week, I had classes from morning till evening - which means I had no time to exercise and couldn't really eat healthy, went out to eat with my classmates and most of the time ordered a business lunch - which means huge portions with not so healthy stuff! But the craziness is off my back now and I will not disappear for such a long time haha! Went to the gym today and ran and did just a tiny bit of strength lol! And didn't go out for lunch so I fixed my salad for lunch with avocados, couscous, lettuce, chicken breasts, carrots and peppers and it was yummy and more importantly, healthy! I know that the last week didn't work out as well as I would have wanted but there is no point staying there and crying over it, I still have a lot of time to lose weight and I will focus on now and the future, instead of yesterday!
    How has your week been going so far? Have you recovered? How's exercising and dieting going? I hope you are feeling better and catching up with your healthy lifestyle!

    Hi! My phone is broken lol so I cannot get on spark as much as I would like! How are you doing? My days are going alright, I am watching what I eat and the way I exercise! I think I overran a little, and my legs feel kind of uncomfortable, so for a couple days I'm taking a break from running and doing other exercises!
    Are you feeling better? I hope you are well enough to push all the limits! :)

    Hey! How are you today? I hope you are feeling better!! I did good today, was busy but managed to run 4 miles, and also didn't have time to prepare much to eat but since I packed most of it from yesterday I was fine! How did the day go for you?

    Oh I am sending warm hugs from here and hope you feel better soon! And thank you for your support! I didn't know that stress was a trigger for me to eat! Now that I know this, I will be prepared next time. I will definitely eat more veggies this week
