    Glad to hear you're on track! I ran 3.5 miles today and also walked quite a bit. Also eating is going well. About to go to bed and got hungry so I'm snacking on some pickles - amazing snack with very low calorie lol!

    Hey girl! I hope you're having a good day! Just checking on how it's going! For me it's going well, I didn't have time to have breakfast before I left home so I took a cup of non-fat yogurt and an apple with me to school and that was my breakfast!

    Hey. My day was okay. I guess you can say I had a cheat day yesterday (Wednesday) cause I stopped by chick fil a and got a salad and girl the sodium was so high. But I made it up by going to the gym . and my diet I cook everything and walking daily
