I started this journey a few years ago, ready to loose some weight and get healthy after loosing both of my parents to various health conditions including one parent who was extremely morbidly obese.

Now here I am the beginning of 2012, AGAIN, with the same goal. LOL I took a long have a second child. YEAH! And as I sign in today I can happily say I have lost 20 pounds since I started this journey.

My ultimate goal is to loose 100 pounds in total.

Mini goals:

Loose 2 dress sizes by my birthday (April 27, 2012)
Loose 75+ by Christmas 2012

1.Loose Weight
2.Eat Healthier
3.Drink more H2O
4.Excercise more
5.Live longer

That about sums it up!!! I want to live a long and happy life adn would like to be there for my kids and husband for as long as possible!

My Program:
Jan: I am reading The 17 Day Diet, and trying to get a handle on portion control. I am cutting out all sodas, etc. and focusing on water only.

I will be starting strength training in the morning, and walking (either outdoors or to Leslie Sansone walk videos) and would like to work in some pilates (Leslie Sansone) as well. Wish me luck!

Personal Information:
Wife to my best friend, Matthew who still to this day takes my breath away and loves me besides all my many faults. Mother to two adorable boys, ages 5.5 years and 15 months and absolutely the apples of my eye!!

And Daughter to the King!! I am a Christian and know that none of this would be possibly without Him.

Other Information:
I love to read, write, cook, bake, craft, sew, and spend time with friends and family.
