I have always struggled with my body and self image. I have very low selft esteem and some people would say it is the the lowest self esteem they have ever encountered. This creates a constant battle every day, some days I just look in the mirror and cry. I need to remember my healthy ways and get all the resources I can.

I am trying to get the the gym 4-5 days a week. TRYING is the key word. I love the gym, once I get there. I work a very stressful job, so some nights I just don't want to make one more stop before heading home. I really need to recommit and remember I have lost 35lbs, just 5-10 more!


I know what my weaknesses are(WEEKENDS), and I need to attack those with full force. There is no reason I should not make my body what I want. MY BODY!!! I only get one in a life time, and if not now, when?



So here is my journey.......... Any support is GREATLY appreciated

I have given up on losing weight before, and I am SICK of failure and it is no longer an option. I WILL be slim for the first time in my life and I WILL be happy with what I have achieved. I WILL NO LONGER look down upon myself and I WILL NO LONGER avoid any and all mirrors. I WILL SUCCEED!!!!

    Advice? For the husband who won't workout?

    JUST DO IT!!!

    Don't wait for him or anyone else to work out with you! My hubbie didn't workout with me, in the beginning. But when he saw my dedication and commitment, he couldn't help but jump in!

    Be HIS motivation!!
